How to Use

[For those with tea utensils] Sift 2-3g (about 1 tablespoon) of matcha into a warmed teacup using a tea strainer. Slowly pour in 80-85°C hot water (approximately 70ml) and stir quickly and evenly with a tea whisk to avoid lumps. Gently move your wrist back and forth to create a foamy lather, first in small "W"-like movements, then gently in "No"-like movements, smoothing the surface. Finally, remove the tea whisk.

【茶道具をお持ちの方】温めたお茶碗に2-3g（スプーン1杯程度）の抹茶を茶こしでふるいながら入れます。80-85℃のお湯（約70ml）を静かに注ぎ、ダマができないように茶せんで手早く万遍なくかき混ぜます。手首を前後に静かに動かして、最初は小刻みに「w」の字を描くように泡立て、次はそっと「の」の字を書くようにし、表面にを整えるようにして混ぜます。最後に茶せんを引き上げます。
